In the construction business for nearly two decades, Scott and Terrie Kasemeyer have been steadily expanding their business. Because of their devotion to providing individual and personal attention to detail, quality construction and lasting value, they currently limit the number of homes they build each year to no more than a dozen. In addition to the quality of construction and value of the finished home, versatility is a Southland Hammerworks trademark. Southland Hammerworks has designed and built homes ranging from 2,500 to 9,000 square feet in size in both Colonial and contemporary styles. Today, more than 40 homes have been completed, are under construction, or are in various stages of design.
